Processing Refunds

When you email our customer service to initiate a return, your request will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that due to high demand, immediate responses may not always be possible.

Refund Eligibility

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt. If you cancel, you have an additional 30 days to return the product. To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Contact us at info@houseoflamps-sa.com to initiate the return process.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Refund Issuance: After inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are approximately ZAR 150 per package.


Non-Returnable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Sealed products that have been opened
  • Customized products made to the consumer’s specifications
  • Personal items that cannot be returned due to their nature

 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days at info@houseoflamps-sa.com with a photo of the defect. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund. For recurring defects, we will refund the purchase amount.
